Your plan starts with your goals, routine, medication, training, and real life.
Structured Nutrition was founded with one goal in mind: to make high-quality nutrition care accessible, personalized, and effective.
We've helped clients overcome challenges, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that last well beyond the medication.

Jack is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and six years of experience across clinical nutrition, private practice, and sports nutrition—including work with the Philadelphia Eagles.
His approach combines nutrition science with the realities of everyday life. The goal is to translate evidence into clear, practical strategies you can actually follow—whether you're working on weight management, metabolic health, athletic performance, or simply building a more consistent way of eating.
Outside of nutrition, Jack enjoys lifting, cooking, and woodworking—interests built around the same idea behind Structured: learn the fundamentals, build deliberately, and create something that lasts.

Practical, evidence-based articles on nutrition, weight management, GLP-1s, performance, protein, fiber, meal planning, and building habits that actually fit real life.
Clear explanations and practical strategies you can use without turning nutrition into a full-time job.
A plateau is a reason to assess the system—not automatically slash calories.
Restaurant meals can fit into a weight-management plan. The skill is learning how to make them ordinary.
Coffee alone is not a breakfast strategy if you are starving and improvising by late morning.
Instead of automatically removing carbohydrates, look at portion, pairing, timing, and the overall meal.
A planned frozen meal or grocery-store shortcut can be more useful than an aspirational recipe you never make.
The goal is not simply to weigh less. It is to improve body composition, function, and the ability to maintain results.
A smaller appetite can make weight loss easier, but it also leaves less room for low-value food choices.
Fiber does not require a pantry overhaul. A few repeatable additions can change the entire day.
Instead of rebuilding your entire diet, start by asking one question at each meal: where is the protein?
The plan that works on your busiest Tuesday is usually more useful than the perfect plan you can only follow for three days.
